Privacy details

Choose Send project request to transmit your name, callback number, project location, property type, service and message through our hosting provider to Rick@bluebearcc.com. The website does not save a separate inquiry database. Our hosting and email providers process the message for delivery and may retain operational logs. You can instead prepare an email locally and choose whether to send it through your email app.

Email and information you share

When you send an email, your email provider and the recipient’s provider process that message. Please avoid including policy numbers, payment details or sensitive documents in your initial inquiry.

Address suggestions

As you type in Project Address, your search text is sent to the Photon service operated by komoot, using OpenStreetMap data. Searches prioritize Denver and are limited to Colorado. The form does not request your device location. Suggestions may be incomplete and do not verify an address. You can enter your full address manually. Search results are cached only in this page's memory until you close or reload it.

Website technology

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, contact-link interactions and accepted website inquiries. We configure the page address and referring page without their query strings, and do not send your name, phone number, project address or message to Analytics. Inquiry events contain a random reference and selected service. Google processes usage information and may use analytics cookies. Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the website tag. Website submission is still handled separately by our hosting and email providers. To help identify how an inquiry started, your browser temporarily stores the first landing-page path and referring website hostname for the current tab session and includes them with a website request. This record does not contain the full referring URL or your form details. A secure session cookie helps protect form submission and prevent duplicate sends. The host also applies a submission limit using a hashed network address and timestamps. Closing the tab clears the browser session record. A hosting provider may record basic access logs. The website is hosted with Namecheap. Its hosting service may process access logs for website operation and security.
