Roofing guidance for your community

Blue Bear offers free roof inspections and roof replacement in the communities below. These local resources help you prepare for a roofing discussion; the applicable requirements depend on the property and agreed work.

Aurora roof inspections and replacement

After hail in Aurora, share what you noticed, the property type and any active leak with Rick. Blue Bear offers a free roof inspection to discuss the condition and next steps.

Permits, decking and material choices

Aurora requires a permit for reroofing. Its roofing guide explains that an isolated decking problem does not automatically require replacement of the entire decking system when the remaining installation meets the manufacturer's requirements. Ask for photographs of the findings and an itemized scope. Confirm HOA requirements before changing roof-covering materials.

Check the city's permit information and roofing guide. An inspection and the applicable requirements determine the work for your property.

Castle Pines roof inspections and replacement

For a Castle Pines roofing inquiry, include your association name if applicable, roof concern and any material or color restrictions. Blue Bear can discuss roof replacement, hail concerns and access for an inspection.

Coordinate the city permit and HOA review

The City of Castle Pines lists reroofing under its 1-Stop permit process and uses CommunityCore for permit and inspection management. Check association requirements before selecting materials; city permitting and HOA review are separate steps.

Use the city's permit and inspection information and HOA lookup. Confirm association contacts directly because the lookup may be incomplete or outdated. Verify the property's actual jurisdiction before relying on city instructions.

Arvada roof inspections and replacement

Blue Bear serves Arvada homeowners with free roof inspections, roof replacement and hail-damage roofing inquiries. Let Rick know about roof-mounted solar equipment, access restrictions and the condition you want checked.

Check current reroof and wildfire requirements

Arvada requires permits for residential and commercial roof replacement. Its reroof page explains wildfire requirements for permits submitted after July 1, 2026, including plan review for properties in Class 1 or Class 2 wildfire zones. Check the city's map for the property rather than assuming the same rules apply to every Arvada address.

Read Arvada's reroofing requirements for the map, solar-panel coordination and final inspection details. The building permit page also explains address verification. Confirm approvals and inspection timing before fixing a work date.

Local sources checked October 24, 2026. Rules and association requirements can change; confirm current requirements for the project address before work.
